Keith G. Myers is the Co-Founder and Chairman & CEO Emeritus of LHC Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LHCG) — one of America’s leading providers of home health, hospice, and community-based healthcare services. Over three decades, Myers transformed LHC Group from a single small agency in rural Louisiana into a national healthcare enterprise recognized for its culture of compassion, operational excellence, and commitment to serving patients where they feel most at home.

Founded in 1994 by Keith and his wife Ginger Myers, Nurse and Honorary Doctorate of Nursing Practice University of Louisiana at Lafayette— affectionately known as LHC Group’s “First Nurse” — the company embodied a mission of purpose-based service, integrity, and community partnership. Under Keith’s leadership, LHC Group grew to more than 30,000 employees caring for hundreds of thousands of patients annually across 37 states, becoming a model for purpose-driven leadership in the healthcare industry.

Today Myers continues his focus on helping develop and scale businesses as a private investor, strategic advisor, and public speaker. In these roles, he draws on more than three decades of experience leading a publicly traded healthcare company, guiding M&A transactions, shaping corporate culture, and mentoring next-generation leaders.

Myers’ leadership philosophy — summarized by his father’s timeless advice to “open the gate in the morning and close the gate in the afternoon” — reflects his lifelong belief that integrity, work ethic, and servant leadership define success.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Keith serves as a member of the University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors, helping guide the state’s largest higher-education system and supporting initiatives that expand access, opportunity, and excellence for Louisiana students.
